For the first time, Bosnia and Herzegovina was represented at one of the most significant global conferences in the field of eCommerce and logistics –the 5th Annual WCA eCommerce Conference, held from May 28 to 30 in Salzburg, Austria.
At the invitation of the organizers, our Executive Director Belma Ljuta Agić delivered a keynote presentation to participants from the global WCA network, which brings together companies from 196 countries worldwide. In her presentation, she highlighted the state and potential of the Balkan market, with a special focus on the challenges and opportunities for the development of eCommerce and logistics in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Her presentation confirmed that local knowledge, experience, and analytical capabilities have their place in a global context, significantly enhancing the visibility of BiH on the international stage.
